Parking
Access to the BP Centre Parkade is limited to authorized vehicles only and Public Parking is not available. Monthly parking is non-transferable and parking transponders cannot be shared between individuals. Our parkade is professionally managed by Vinci Park.
Parkade Hours:
Regular Hours for Monthly Pass Holders:
Monday to Friday: 06:00 to 17:00
After Hours*:
Monday to Friday: 17:00 to 06:00
Saturday and Sunday: 24 hours
*After hours parking is available for all BP Centre Tenants with a valid building pass on a first-come, first-served basis. Statutory Holidays and reserved parking stalls are excluded from after hours parking.
Unauthorized vehicles parked in reserved stalls or designated handicapped stalls are subject to being ticketed and towed at the owner’s sole liability and expense.
General Information:
Entry to the parkade is off of 2nd Street SW, between 3rd and 4th Avenues. All vehicles enter through the loading dock at the P2 level of the parkade. There is additional parking on the P1 and P3 levels via ramps.
Parking spaces are allocated based on lease obligations however month to month parking is available. To inquire about availability or place yourself on the waiting list, please contact Impark at 877-909-6199.
